Purchased a 291 to replace old model on caravan. Can it be installed without any adjustments? (Marshall Excelsior MEGR-291 Compact 2 Stage Regulator End Vent)

There should not be any adjustments. The MEGR-291 comes preset at 11”WC outlet pressure, which is correct for RV appliances. It will probably have the same mounting configuration and connections as whatever you are replacing.
