Does this stabilizer have both a fine screw adjustment as well as a 3-position course adjustment?

Does this stabilizer have a fine screw adjustment as well as a 3-position course adjustment? Also how is it attached to the bottom step (in the picture I don't see any screw holes).

The 3-position adjustment adjusts in one-two inch increments. These Leisure Time 14009 step stabilizers also have a screw adjustment so you can fit them to any measurement within the range from 5" to 12". Also, I do apologize, I do not believe these stabilizers do bolt to the bottom of the step. You would put it at its lowest setting and set it under the step and adjust the height to meet the step, but there are no bolts or screws that hold it to the step itself. I am having our website team update the information on this product.
