The sensors come ready to use. The O rings found in the package are extras in case you need to replace the battery.
The sensors comes with a small pack of O rings, but no instructions. Am I supposed to install them? TST TST-507-FT-S2 Flow-Through Sensors - 2 Pack Doran Tire Monitor
Are the 2/pack sensors ready to use when purchase, or are the O rings supposed to be installed?

The TST 507FTSEN Flow-Through Sensors are for use with your TST 507 Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). These extra sensors will easily and accurately monitor any towed vehicle. Not for use with the 510 system.
