How many volts should i be reading on the output to the electrode? (Dinosaur UIB L Universal Ignitor Board

The voltage to the electrode is difficult to measure with most multi-meters; it’s around 26,000 volts but measured in micro amps of current. Engineering does not provide an exact value. Could be board, ground or electrode issue.
