The High Pointe EC942K9E-S is a little larger overall however, the Contoure RV-500-OTR has a little larger cooking space. The High Pointe input power is a little higher at 1500W whereas the Contoure is at 1400W input. The Contoure offers a 90 day manufacturer warranty. High Pointe offers a limited 1-year manufacturers warranty. The High Pointe is a little heavier as well and has a slightly different design. Other than that, they are both over the range convection microwaves. I will post a link to the installation instructions for the High Pointe EC942K9E-S below for you followed by a screenshot of the top view from the manual on page 16.
