Yes, the MEGR-253 series will work with any size tanks. You just need to make sure you have pigtails with 1/4” inverted flare fittings to connect to the regulator. For any tank bigger than 40 lb, you will need to use a POL fitting to connect to the tank. Typically, for a 100# tank, you would use MER401-XX (hard nose POL), it has the 1/4” inverted flare to connect to the regulator.
