I did some research and unfortunately, do not see that there are replacement parts for the Norcold NRF. I did however see that there is a 2 year warranty on the unit. If you purchased this unit with us, we can assist you in getting in touch with the manufacturer about that warranty, please email us your order information to sales@rvupgradestore.com. If this unit was not purchased through us, you will need a proof of purchase and Norcold is part of Thetford, you can reach them at 800-543-1219.
