I have a 2001 Gulfstream MH class A, with a Dewald hyd sys, 2 pushouts, Is this a suitable replacement?

I double checked this with a technician at Lippert and unfortunately, there is no replacement for the Dewald pumps with slides and leveling on them. The Lippert 149088 will not work and they do not carry anything to replace it. You will need to find one used or pulled from an out of service unit if you would like to replace it. Other than that, the only way to get everything going again is to gut everything and start from scratch with lots of custom work. You would need a new hydraulic leveling system, and separate electric slides.
