Was the EM lock just installed? These are some of the reasons why the key pad may not work. Batteries are dead. Batteries are not installed properly. Plug not engaged properly. Check these if not let me know and I will get you some more trouble shooting.

I have a Bauer keyless lock. Cannot use the keypad because buttons do not all seem to function. Pressed and cannot hear beep. Cannot open door with keypad. New lithium batteries. Some buttons beep, others do not. Need help.
