No, this 42171 is a low profile and it is only 12-1/8" from the floor, not 17-7/8" like the 31683 AM-5 high profile toilet. You would need to use 42058 witch is a AM Style 2 High Profile White, The last thing to point out is that the AM-5 only needs 7 5/8 Inch’s from Center of waste hole to wall.
