Ensure there are no obstructions within a minimum distance of 6 inches from the air vents. Press the Power button to restart the fireplace. If this doesn't work let me know and I can help you trouble shoot further.

The sensor is located in the upper left corner of the fireplace. To reset the sensor unplug or turn off power to the fireplace at the breaker panel for at least 20 minutes. That should take care of the issue.

There’s nothing that close to it. I turn it on and the red light starts blinking and the heater shuts off. Thanks
