If the U bolts need to be replaced, can it be done with the RV sitting on the ground with no jacking up? (SuperSteer SS300U P32 Rear Trac Bar with U-Bolts (Rear Disc))

In the manual on page two it shows how to install the U Bolts and it states to have the RV level on a flat surface and if needed, you can put it up on 4" blocks. As long as you have adequate room to work and the RV is level and on a flat surface, you should be fine to not need to jack up the RV to replace the U Bolts on the SS300U.
