We recommend using red loctite, which is classified as a 'permanent' thread locker, for the bolts in Roadmaster 523163-1A.
Some recommended a threadlocker for bolts in this project. What do you say? 1 on your site is permatex 242 med Roadmaster 523163-1A 2010 - 2015 GMC Terrain EZ2 Bracket Kit Dinghy Towing Accessories
The idea is to make the connections permanent, I think. Permatex 242 is not for permanent
