Is the 2” and 1-1/4 the same size because I need a 2” to cover my hitch (Bully CR-132 Chevy Hitch Box Cover)

2" will be 3/4" larger than 1-1/4", however, this Bully CR-132 is made to work on both the 1-1/4" and the 2" receivers.
