Why doesnt the Alpha Tow Bar qualify for your Blue Ox trade in program?

Unfortunately, Blue Ox was not able to give me a decent answer on why it is not included, just simply that it has never been part of the trade in program and that they try to offer a good price on it without needing to trade in to get a rebate on it.
