The IOTA S-50 R looks to be a 50amp AC Transfer Switch. This Esco LPT50BRD LYGHT is also a 50amp AC Transfer Switch. So as long as the dimensions match up for you, this should be a good replacement. The dimensions of this transfer switch is 8 1/2” L x 8 1/2” W x 4 1/2” D.

Esco LPT50BRD LYGHT 50 Amp 120/240v Relay Base Transfer Switch

The ESCO 50A 120/240v Relay Base is an electrical transfer switch that automatically switches between multiple power sources, such as switching from shoreline power to generator power. This auto transfer switch is capable of handling a 50 amp power cord and up to a 12KW generator.
