There are no problems that we know of with dissimilar metals. You should have no issues using the AG-125C on ALCOA wheels.
Will these work with ALCOA wheels (not simulators) for 2015 E-450 Winnebago? Any problems with dissimilar metals? Dicor AG-125C Air-Gard 125 Degree Outer Dual Tire Valve Extenders Valve Extenders
The existing stem is aligned with an opening in the wheel. a 180 degree extender would not fit due to interference with the edge of the hole.
