Unfortunately, the brass fitting has a special type of connection glue as a seal to connect it to the body cast. It sounds like that seal was broken, which would make this Cavagna 52-A-890-0010 useless.
how do I stop leakage between the grey/cast body and the brass fitting where the lines to the tanks connects? Cavagna Two-Stage RV Automatic Changeover LP Propane Regulator LP Regulators
my new regulator leaks where the brass connect to the cast. tightening did not stop. took it apart and there is no thread compound or o-ring which seems wrong
