Is it safe to plug this cheater box into all 30a and 20a outlets at campgrounds, for a total of 50 amps to the rv?
Progressive Industries ADT-230 Cheater Box
RV Power Cord Adapters
I see questions about the phases of the outlets' power. Is there a problem here or not? Can I plug into the 30a and 20a outlets at any power pedestal to provide a total of 50 amps to the RV?

Progressive Industries ADT-230 shows as unavailable. This product is no longer being sold as it was very dangerous causing customers to be electrocuted if both pedestal ends were not plugged in. Also, these do not work on updated GFI pedestals in most updated camp sites. Most products that are made like this carry the same issues.
