Unfortunately, Dewald was bought by Lippert as you mentioned. They quit selling replacements for that Dewald motor 3B-1222322B around the same time they were bought out, there is no longer a replacement for it.

Oh man, do i have an answer for you. I have your exact model number that was having the exact issue. I could assist, until one day there was nothing. I could hear the motor but it was giving zero power to move the slide out.
On the gear box subassembly there is a bolt with an Allen wrench head and lock nut that turns when the motor is turning.
Mine stopped working when that bolt with the lock nut finally wiggled its way out of the gear box and let out a very important spring that it was keeping tension on. Not an immense amount of tension...I was able to reinsert the bolt and start the threads with my bare fingers with it under tension.
Maybe check the tightness of that bolt?
I hope this helps. My heart leapt for joy when i realized the spring laying under my bed was part of how i was gonna fix this thing. 🙃

It turns out that the spring/ Allen wrench bolt/ lock nut assembly is the clutch adjustment. After watching it in action i understand how it "wiggled" out.
