You can winterize the pump as you winterize your RV. Something like the Camco 36543 can be used to help winterize your RV and water pump as well. Although, from personal experience, it seems like running antifreeze through the pump and it sitting in the pump all winter, tends to slowly do some damage to the pump. There is no direct fact that this happens, but I have found it useful to drain some of the antifreeze out of the pump after the winterization is complete. This may help prolong the life of your diaphragm pump.
