I do not know for sure. I have reached out to the manufacturer and they have not yet gotten back to me. I am still working on this and will continue to reach out on Monday when we return to the office.

I apologize for the wait. I finally got a good contact at Pinnacle and they stated that you will need to unplug the unit and plug it back in. Once it is unplugged the unit refreshes and you will be able to choose your wash cycle.
