On the V13414 the float will be down when the tank is empty and in the up position when the tank is full.
should this be installed with the float in the up or down position? V13414 80% Fill Valve Replacement
There is a mark on the outer ring that aligns with the float in the down position. Should this be at the top or bottom once this is tightened?
