Yes, this Pro Series 63134 has been tested to fit on class I-1-1/4 through class IV-2 inch receivers. Also, this measures 12" from center pin hole to edge of hook.
Is this rack approved to carry behind a motor home? Also how much clearance does it have from the hitch pin hole? Pro Series 63134 Q-Slot 2 Bike Carrier Bike Carriers
The motor home has the spare tire and ladder in the back so the bikes when mounted need to clear these.
