How does spring fit (Dura Faucet DF-RK400 Cartridge Kit for Acrylic Knobs)

To install the DF-RK400 cartridge kit, I found some information that may be helpful. The larger end of the spring goes in first then the large opening of the black gasket piece fits over the spring, then you can push the cartridge down on top of that.
