This Pro Series 63134 comes with a bolt on 2" shank adapter. The Swagman 64025 is to be used with continuous weld steel bumpers and is not recommended for aluminum or spot welded steel bumpers. As long as your bumper is a continuous weld steel bumper, I do not see you having an issue using the 64025 with the 63134 bike rack as long as you know how much weight your bumper can handle and stay within safe weight limits.
