How large of a generator should i get to run a 47203B879 at high altitude (7,000ft)?

Unfortunately, I can not say exactly what you would need at 7,000 feet above sea level. I would assume you would need a higher power generator at higher levels. This Coleman Mach 8 needs about 2200 watts at start up with its running watts being a bit lower. Depending on which generator you go with, I would try to make sure that it can handle up to at least 3000 watts to run this air conditioner at its optimal best at your altitude.
