My RV has a Ducted Coleman 8335B676 & doesn't work well in hot areas is the 48204C866 significantly better cooling?

Both of those models, the 8335B676 and the 48204C866, are 15,000BTU so they are essentially going to run the same. Not getting proper cooling temperature could be a number of things. Since you have ruled out the possibility of it being blocked air flow or a dirty filter, the only other thing I could recommend checking on is the starting temp and cooling temp. Check the temperature of the filter as you are turning the A/C on and 15 minutes later you should notice a 16-22 degree drop from the filter temp to the temp of the air flow coming out of the A/C. If it has not dropped in temperature, it would be likely that it is a dirty condenser coil.
