You would not need to change anything as the tail light wiring kit is not based on tow bar, as long as you are keeping it on the same vehicle, you should be good to swap base plates without having any issues.
I have an Aladdin tow bar if I buy the Avail tow bar do I need a new electrical cord for the tail lights
