No, unfortunately this usually occurs when the Progressive Industries SSP-30XL has taken a surge. In this case, it has done what it was made to do and would need to be replaced and is not covered under a warranty. If this is just a funky light and the surge protector has not had a surge hit it, please contact the tech support at progressive. You can reach them at 800-307-6702, choose option 2 for technical assistance and they will be able to trouble shoot over the phone with you.
