Unfortunately, I reached out to Lippert, the now owner of Kwikee Steps, and they said that they do not have records that go back that far to know if what they have will even work.
I have a series 32 step 1997 Coachmen with 909513 controller, two wire connector to the motor. Motor id? Kwikee 379608 Step Motor Replacement Kit For Pre-IMGL kwikee
Is there a motor that will fit or do I need a controller as well?

Question: Will this work on 32 step on 1997 holiday ramber?
Answer: Unfortunately, if the unit is a 1999 or before, the step will need to be replaced as they no longer make parts for the older steps.
