Yes, normally that would most likely be a thermostat issue. Although, it could be a stuck relay in the control box as well.
Auto Function Coleman Mach 7330G3351 Analog Heat/Cool RV Air Conditioner Thermostat - 12V - White
AC works but does not off in the Auto mode. Runs continuously. Is this normally a thermostat problem?

Question: We have the Coleman stat 7330G3351, we just bought the travel trailer and the AC only blows on high is this correct
Answer: If you are in the cool mode, then you would have access to low speed fan, but in the fan on position, then it would only be high speed.
