The base on my hitch is moving from the 12oclock position to 11thirty In only a 16 mile trip. Any suggestions on w. (Blue Ox BXR6200 Super Ride Adaptable Fifth Wheel Hitch)

There should be plastic strips that bolt to bottom of the BXR6200 to help keep it in place. Also try to set it back at 12 and then set trailer back on the unit and then with the trailer on it, re torque the bolt and that should help it as well.
