I spoke to Brad at Progressive, he is a tech there. He said that just the blue light being on can be anything from the green light being faulty or that it may have taken a surge. Go to progressiveindustries.net and fill out the warranty claim form and submit a copy of your receipt with it and you will have a new one in a week.
