It could be that the UC1000 Controller is not pulling the 119 signal. I will include a picture of the page in the manual where it explains this. I did speak with a tech at King regarding this. They mentioned that it honestly can be a number of things that can cause this to not pull the right signal or the signal itself may just be weak in your area. I would see if it works in another location just in case. The number for the tech at King is 952-922-6889 ext 174. I will post a link to the manual below along with the picture.
