What do you mean by hardware? Screws, bolts? possibly a list of needed items for installation of the cargo tray?

The MORryde CTG60-3690W Sliding Cargo Tray - 36" X 90" does not include hardware as the fasteners may differ depending on the application. It is up to you to determine what you need to use as far as screws or bolts go. It will depend on where you are mounting it and what material you are fastening it to.
