Does this include the air hose jumper from the coach to the car? Is this available to ship today? (SMI 6271 Air Force One 2nd Car Kit Braking System)

The #6271 only comes with the vehicle components of the Air Force One. It doesn't come with the #6212 AFO Coiled Air Jumper Kit that connects the back of the coach to the front of the towed. The link below is for the manual and it shows all parts included.
