Was the 55REBEL-JRV pump working before you installed the cabinet? I would check to be sure the pump is not sucking air on the inlet side.
I have this pump new Rebel 55rebel-JRV, but water will not come out Remco Rebel 5.3 GPM Single Speed RV Fresh Water Pump, 12V DC RV Water Pumps Fittings
I took the water filter off to make room for a new kitchen cabinet. Afterwards the water will not come out, but you can hear air coming out. I've tried bleeding it out, but nothing.
