If you are not receiving power to the Hott Rod, double check your power connections. If those are fine, you will want to check your thermostat to make sure the wires are properly connected. If the Red Eco trips, reset the Red Eco button manually. If it trips again, immediately disconnect power and check all components with a multi-meter and visual inspection. There is a trouble shooting guide that I will link below. Always be cautious when when working with these products and if in doubt at all, have an authorized service center take a look at it.
