The 6840 propane tank should hold just under 10 gallons at the 80% mark. A 30# cylinder holds 6.8 gallons so you would have more in two of those, versus one of the 6840 tanks.
What is the net liquid fill for this tank? Is it only 7.8 US gallons for 80-percent air space? Empties fast! Manchester 9.8 Gallon RV LP Gas Tank LP Gas Tanks
In only ten days this tanks is bone dry running only a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator and 6 gal. water heater. My trailer with two 30 pound DOT tanks lasted four weeks with the same size appliances.
