Do you have starting procedures on the norcold n6413r?

This is for my 1985 Fleetwood Tioga, having problems starting the refrigerator and freezer.

The N6413R needs to be level. You will also need to make sure that it is receiving 12V power. When you try to turn it on, if the screen comes on it should let you choose a mode or give you an error code of some sort. If the screen does not come on at all, it is not receiving power.
