Yes. The Equalizer Systems 8450AM will be identically to the OEM stabilizer system that was originally installed on the 3500 MB Sprinter Chassis. If you need something that is more updated, the 8757LTVUPS will also work for the Mercedes Sprinter Chassis. You can view this here-->
