Once the inside control panel is turned on, does it remain on or does it have a "timed out" feature?

For the 2GWHAM tankless water heater does have a timed out feature and will go to stand by after 2 minutes. Just like most other battery powered products there will be a current draw, but with this unit it will be next to nothing.
