Answer: Yes, this should work with the Camco 40480 manual 14" x 14" roof vent. The Barker VentStik kit includes its own replacement knob, so you would remove the existing Camco knob/handle and install the Barker knob in its place. Once that knob is installed, the VentStik can be used to open and close the manual vent from below.
