I reached out to Dale at Coleman and it is recommended that you have your A/C looked over by an experienced technician.
Having trouble cooling below 68 degrees when the shroud is installed. Works good without the shroud cover. Help? Coleman Mach 9430E715 Deluxe Heat-Ready Non-Ducted Ceiling Assembly - White RV Air Conditioners
I have a Mach 15 unit. installed with a Deluxe 9430D715 unit. When the white cover/vents are installed, the air conditioner does not cool below 68 degrees. When I remove the shroud and operate without it, cooling is more than sufficient. I am not sure what to do with this. I am very unhappy with this product. It seems to me that cold air is reaching the thermostat and causing it to kick off before the room is actually cool. please help.
