This MPower Jump can not support 220V. This runs 12V at 1amp and 5V at 2amps. You should be able to find the adapter piece you need for your phone at most electronics stores.

I have an mpower jump mini and will be traveling out of country ? Can this item be plugged into a 220V outlet to be recharged or does it require a converter? also I need to purchase a new USD to micro USB adaptor for the Samsung phone where I can I get this replacement part ?
