We don’t have any radio although there is power to the AWM910 unit.

I spoke with my contact at Jensen, they have a few questions as far as the issue goes and if they can't get it fixed they will have you fill out a warranty form. If a warranty is needed then you will have to go through whoever you bought the stereo from. Below is her info.
