Do the slats direct the air in one direction or two directions on the GRILL2-A ceiling vent? (Thetford 94274 Ceiling Vent Without Damper

The GRILL2-A ceiling vent does not allow air to go in 2 different directions, it is only 1 direction. The only other one JR Products has is with a damper, that allows you to shut off air flow but still only directs air in 1 direction. I have linked that one below. There are other ceiling vents like this, linked below.
