The left hand threads on the POL swivel nut rotate independently of the 1/4” MNPT tail piece, so it can be removed from a tank without twisting the hose or regulator it is attached to.
hi, on the soft nose POL adapters, do the PLO threads rotate independently of the 1/4 threads or do both sides rota Marshall Excelsior ME1653AR Excess Flow POL - Soft Nose Adapter propane tank adapters
in other words, can I remove it from the tank without having to disconnect anything else?
