what wires do you use to control the automatic generator start such as the xantrex AGS. Youre supposed to be able have the thermostat start your generator but I need to know which wires from the CM are they?

On the Coleman Mach 6536A3351 True Air Digital 2-Stage Heat Pump/Gas Furnace RV Wall Thermostat, the green wire on the 6535-3442 board is designated for auto generator start functionality, allowing the thermostat to automatically signal your generator to start when needed for climate control.
